The River Arts District is an alluring place to call home. Radview provides the creature comforts needed to recharge after a glorious day of literally or figuratively rollin’ on the river. We’ve included everything required to fully experience Asheville’s urban charms and natural abundance.
LIGHT
All apartments include floor-to-ceiling windows, entry transoms and southwestern facing views of the River Arts District and French Broad River. Bask in the light, soak in the area’s creative vibe and contemplate all the ways to enjoy the third oldest river in the world at your doorstep--whether it be camping, hiking or biking along the shores or paddling on the water in your craft of choice.
DESIGN
Polished concrete floors throughout are both stylish and functional. An efficient queen-size wall bed system with mattress and built-in cabinetry provide a cozy, convenient place to sleep for two. When not in use, fold the bed up to enjoy an integrated table perfect for dining or working. Wall mounted bicycle hanger is pre-installed to save floor space and is fully adjustable to fit most road and mountain bikes.

Stainless steel appliances provide a sleek, modern feel. All apartments are equipped with a refrigerator with ice-maker, LED interior lighting and frameless glass shelves, electric range with fan convection, hidden lower heating element and smooth glass cooktop, microwave with one-touch options, LED lighting and sensor cooking, and ultra quiet Bosch dishwasher with 3rd rack and 5 wash cycles.

Three integral ingredients that show up in the foundations of signature kitchens—brilliant quartz countertops, sophisticated tile backsplash and stainless steel under-mount sink—form our version of a gourmet “holy trinity”. Custom cabinetry, ample pantry storage and floating wood shelves further stimulate culinary curiosity and creative cooking urges.

All that you “need” and all you could “want.” In addition to a toilet, sink, and shower, finer finishes provide a taste of luxury--floating vanity with quartz countertop, under-mount sink with cabinet storage, frameless mirror, wall-mounted storage, classically tiled shower floor and surround and glass shower entry that engenders a sense of spaciousness.
PETS
Radview is a pet-friendly community. Cats and dogs are welcome. Up to two pets per apartment are permitted with a combined weight limit of no more than 60lbs. There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $350 for the 1st pet and $150 for the 2nd. Monthly pet rent is $20 per animal. No dogs under two years of age are allowed. Additional terms apply.

Easily adjust the temperature with an energy efficient ductless mini-split heat pump. Open a window and move the air around with a 48” ceiling fan. Bosch front loading washer and dryer deliver a quiet, efficient performance. Spectrum high speed internet and video package included at no additional charge, as is a wall mounted 50” LED Smart TV. Dual shade system provides both light filtering and black-out options.
CONNECTION
Enjoy open air access from exterior balconies shielded by an architectural grid of perforated steel panels--no stuffy hallways or enclosed stairwells. A grand open air stairway bisects the building and provides a direct pathway for residents to access all the River Arts District has to offer. A refined entry plaza with trees and built-in seating provides a place to congregate outdoors and soak in the neighborhood vibe.
CONVENIENCE
Keypad entry access makes it easy to come and go with ease while exterior security cameras provide peace of mind. An elevator is available to transport groceries or take out the trash, as are a number of bike racks placed throughout the property. Off-street parking spaces can be rented M-F 5:30PM - 8:30AM + 24/7 on Saturdays and Sundays. On-street parking is also available in the immediate vicinity.
